What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse prep technician position at VectorFive?
We are looking for an organized and motivated warehouse assistant to join our rapidly growing team!
What does a warehouse assistant working in the exciting tradeshow and events industry do?
- Pull customer tradeshow components from warehouse, set up components for preview by internal team members and customers, prepare and pack for shipment.
- Ensure quality service to our customers by meeting customer shipping requirements within the established time frames, and by communicating to internal contacts any warehouse issues that may impact customers.
- Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Remove inventory from trucks for shipping and/or delivery
- Count, inspect, and verify all product shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards
- Perform scheduled inventory counts as needed
Worker Requirements:
- Must have driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work under pressure and perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities in an efficient manner.
- Must be able to use proper techniques to lift up to 75 pounds. The ability to follow directions with emphasis on safety is extremely important.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to work without constant supervision
- Must be able to setup and tear down basic displays and make repairs if needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
