Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level administrative support to two or more shareholders and associate attorneys.
- Maximize attorney time with effective calendaring of multiple and complex meetings, including virtual and in-person appointment scheduling, successful deadline tracking of various filings and events, and timely confirmation of all appointments and cancellations.
- Ensure an error-free work product in the formatting, drafting, proofing, and editing of time-sensitive and at times confidential documents.
- Provide expert support using various Firm software and other programs including, but not limited to, document management (NetDocs), various electronic court filing systems, Firm marketing system (CRM), time keeping (InTapp), expense reporting (Concur), heavy travel coordination (NAVAN), client/matter files (iCompli) and more.
- Provide support as a liaison for the attorneys with Document Services and Litigation Support for document and production projects.
- Function as the primary point of contact at the Firm for clients and guests when they visit the office or when they are trying to connect with their attorney.
- Grow your skills as a legal support professional by managing projects and deadlines, collaborating with team members, and using your organization and time management skills to satisfy client needs and lead the Firm to success.

- High attention to detail and strong time management skills to produce quality work product while keeping yourself and team members on task to meet deadlines.
- Professional conduct at all times concerning interactions and communications internally and externally.
- 3 years experience in a litigation group, international trade experience, a strong plus.
- A high school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
