Position: Regional Property Manager
Job Location: Seattle, WA

Real Estate Services has an opening for an exceptional, hands-on, and highly motivated Regional Investment Manager to manage a portfolio of multi-family communities in the Seattle/Puget Sound region
Travel is required
The Investment Manager will work closely with their Business Managers and Maintenance of the communities in their portfolio
The Investment Manager will be required to oversee all aspects of management of the portfolio and will be responsible for the implementation of comprehensive business plans, initiatives, and strategies that promote the optimum achievement of operational, financial, and overall performance of the assigned portfolio
The Investment Manager will be responsible for implementing company leasing policies, accounting procedures, resident relations, management reports, hiring, training, and motivating on-site staff
The successful candidate will possess the ability to multitask, make smart and timely decisions with limited guidance, and react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response with superb communication and problem-solving skills
He or she will be highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, collaborative work style, and have a sophisticated business mentality.
This candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and hospitality, exceeding people’s expectations, and find great satisfaction in helping to create community.
Requirements for this position include a minimum of five years prior property management experience with three years or more as a Regional Manager overseeing a portfolio of over 1000 units including affordable portfolio
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a current driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
We are also seeking candidates who demonstrate strong leadership abilities and excellent financial and analytical skills
Position requires weekend and holiday work
