Job Title: Associate Desktop Support Tech
Job location: Brentwood, TN

Employment type: 12 Months Contract
Essential Job Duties and % of Time:
- 1.Manages customer support issues to determine the nature of the problem and implement an appropriate solution or escalate as needed, following through to final resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. 50%
- 2.Performs ongoing and routine system maintenance tasks supporting all hardware, peripherals, operating systems, applications and end user training. Also, support office equipment such as printers, copiers, audio/visual equipment, fax systems, basic telecom and basic networking. Coordinate with other IT teams or vendors as needed. 30%
- 3.Supports set up of new employee systems, office moves and maintain inventory of computer systems. 5%
- 4.Supports the IT needs of training classes and/or other visitors to the Nashville Regional Office. 5%
- 5.Assists with adding and removing security access for personnel based at the Nashville Regional Office. 5%
- 6.Performs other duties as assigned. 5%
Knowledge:
- Familiar with PC Hardware and Operating system function and support
- Understanding of enterprise architecture:
- MS Active Directory
- DHCP
- DNS
- Windows 10
- Common business software
- Microsoft Office, Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)
Skills:
- Demonstrated problem resolutions skills of analysis, organization, customer service and communication.
- Balance time and effort among multiple projects and support activities in accordance with established priorities
- Ability to work and collaborate as part of a team.
- Maintain computer hardware and office equipment as required.
- Self-motivated and capable of learning through continued study of trade journals, technical manuals online research and interaction with other teams or vendors.
