The Role

As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Your responsibilities will include handling invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments. You will work alongside the Controller at this full-time, in office position. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to the success of a growing company while advancing your career.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records in the Accounts Payable system.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

SKILLS AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Recent experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS & EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5 years' experience working in the accounting/finance arena.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

  • Benefits available
  • Salary - $23 - 25 /hr, DOE
