We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. As an Accountant at Veldhouse Construction, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization.

Hours: Monday - Friday. We understand theimportance of your weekends being free for Family & Friends.

Compensation: $40,000-$70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
  • Support the overall financial operations of the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or comparable experience
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
