Velocity Auto Sales is looking for a organized service advisor with 1-2 years of experience. Velocity offers a 45-day mechanical guarantee on every vehicle purchased. We need an individual who has excellent communication/people skills to assist our customers with this guarantee. You will be responsible for communicating with the customer through the entire repair process. In addition, you will be responsible for managing parts (ordering and returning) and other necessary duties for the shop to be successful.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • Order applicable parts for customers
  • Manage shop fluids
  • Work with third party vendors to get necessary repairs completed
  • Receive parts
  • Return parts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
