What you will do:

The Fiserv DNA Application Specialist ensures efficient software operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks while maintaining data security and integrity for all applications. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving escalated end-user help requests. You will be responsible for working with the business to design, develop, implement, integrate, configure, optimize, and support assigned applications. You will be further responsible for defining, documenting, and implementing best practices and standards for applications across the institution.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to research, test, recommend, and install changes within Fiserv DNA for Major/Minor products, Institution Variables, Business and System tables, RTXNs, and batch application run-time parameters (a subject matter expert for DNA).
• A working knowledge of Fiserv’s integration processing into DNA via MPI, CMC, and Core API connections.
• Oracle SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of standard IT practices and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of application troubleshooting with industry-specific applications.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using common and complex software applications.
• Ability to learn and understand business processes related to software application use, internal controls, security, and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritize responsibilities and organize work tasks.
• Ownership of the customer experience through issue resolution.
• Adaptable to a productive team environment where knowledge is shared, and feedback and coaching are welcomed.
