This position acts as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests. coordinates all IT support groups to ensure maximum utilization of resources, schedules internal and field technical resources through the dispatch portal and communicates with customers as required. Training is provided.
The qualified candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, the ability to multitask, proficiency in typing including the ability to listen and type simultaneously, and excellent organizational skills.
