Job Description:

Manage execution against project plans and delivery commitments. Planning the releases, working closely with product managers, partners’ teams and engineers. Help ensurensureity and encourage innovation at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projeprojectsuding developing and coordinating realistic project estimates, plans and metrics
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and obtain/drive mitigation strategies and solutions
• Ensure all releases are delivered as per the commitment, meet defined release criteria
• Collaborate with Product owners and application specialists to groom the product backlog
• Tracks team progress toward milestones/sprints, using key performance metrics to objectively identify if the team is on track or not
• Provide both high level and detailed project status and health to IT and business leadership
• Serve as a central point of contact for project questions
• Champion release management practices within the Agile delivery teams such as TDD, BDD, refactoring, value stream mapping, continuous delivery methodologies etc
• Understand the project scope, estimate the project, create the implementation plan and overall pricing
• Drive cross-functional team activities and deliverables

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Over 10 years of experience in project management of software releases in an agile SW development environment with experience as a Scrum Master required
• Experience in pre-sales and proposals for existing and new customers required
• Experience in handling Contact Center, Conversational AI Implementations required
• Experience in implementations of CCaaS solutions leveraging Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Audio Codes, Twilio, ASR/TTS engines like Google, Nuance, Azure etc., platforms required
• Experience in Telco, Retail Banking space is a plus

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• Technical curiosity and a desire to understand how things work is essential
• Experience running projects using agile development principles, with knowledge of industry standard tools and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to interface and liaise between technical and non-technical audiences, as well as presenting to executive management
• Monitor and report out project progress to all stakeholders periodically. Set the processes for project execution, as appropriate
• Detail oriented, but able to identify and communicate the biggest issues
• Decisive, action-oriented attitude; able and willing to own open issues and drive resolution
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills conducive to team development; able to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills; ability to motivate teams
• Passion for continuous process improvement
• Experience with Jira Agile and other collaborative tools is preferred

NICE TO HAVE

• Experienced user of SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, and Excel
• This role will likely evolve over time as the company grows and our processes change, so flexibility and ability to adapt are critical
• Experience working as technical lead/manager in previous experience is preferred

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Business Administration required
