What You’ll Do: As a Trailer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the Punjabi-speaking community with their trailer needs. Your role will involve providing product information, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Additionally, you will collaborate with our sales and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and provide exceptional service to our Punjabi-speaking clientele. Experience with trailer parts and driving would be an asset. Job Duties: Assist customers with trailer inquiries and purchases Provide product information, pricing, and availability in Punjabi Collaborate with sales and parts teams to coordinate deliveries Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers Utilize trailer parts knowledge to assist customers effectively Leverage driving experience to provide insights on vehicle compatibility Required Skills and Qualifications: Bilingual, fluent in Punjabi and English Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Knowledge of trailers or the transportation industry (preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with trailer parts or driving would be an asset CDL A/B License is a plus Compensation: $16.30-$18.50/hour depending on skills and experience Commission     Benefits Velocity Vehicle Group Offers: A fantastic culture in a welcoming, great place to work environment. 401k with matching.
