That’s why we’re looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our Legal Personnel and Attorney Recruiting team to efficiently plan and coordinate the office Summer Associate Program.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for...
  • Assisting with planning and coordinating Summer Associate Program, including drafting correspondence to summer associates, organizing training seminars/workshops, and coordinating office logistics.
  • Registering with law schools for on-campus interviews, coordinating payment for all related fees, and interview coordination
  • Acting as liaison with law schools to obtain transcripts and other educational information, coordinating opportunities for firm lawyers to speak on panels and attend other networking opportunities at local law schools.
  • Preparing weekly agenda and assisting with preparation of materials for Hiring Committee meetings
  • Tracking Hiring Committee decisions and coordinating correspondence letters and telephone calls to candidates
  • Coordinating recruiting events for law school students, including selecting venue, preparing and distributing invitations, monitoring responses and escalating any issues or concerns to supervisor.
  • Forwarding follow-up surveys to law school student applicants, summarizing responses and preparing analysis for supervisor’s review
  • Analyzing on-campus/fall recruiting information and preparing summary of data and making recommendations for improvement to the on-campus recruiting process.

The successful candidate will demonstrate...
  • 2 years of related experience in a law firm, preferably supporting all aspects of the associate recruiting lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or education/experience equivalent
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with databases and PC applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required
