Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Engineering to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading and supervising a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians for the implementation of public infrastructure projects and/or private land development projects. They will also be responsible for identifying project pursuits, actively winning new work, managing projects, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

- Demonstrable project management experience
