Digital Asset Coordinator:
Vendo is seeking an experienced Digital Asset Coordinator to join our fast-paced Creative team. As a member of the Creative team, this role will be responsible for aligning the entire organization with access to all relevant internal and external digital content.
You will collaborate with key members of the business to support overarching strategies by maintaining our digital asset management (DAM) system, providing centralized access to assets and creative to all stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating order out of chaos, has an understanding of digital file types and engagement metrics as part of a growing asset library. You’ll help streamline operations in a collective effort of making us a smarter, more organized company. Is that you? Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate and strategize with the multi-departments to maintain permissions, onboard users and ensure easy access to appropriate assets for all stakeholders
- Take ownership of the complete digital asset library within our dedicated digital asset management system
- Facilitate processes for external partners and version control as part of asset production workflows
- Provide insight on asset usage through feedback on content engagement metrics.
- Ensure consistency in metadata, taxonomy and other elements of the end user experience
- Create structure for the ingest of new content and retirement of legacy content
- Manage custom user portals and plugins of third party integrations
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 3 years of experience managing enterprise content and/or a digital asset management system
- Proven track record in project management, data analysis and technology implementation
- Sharp attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- As a plus: Background in information technology or systems and experience with project management systems
- Customer-centric mentality, ability to understand the organizational needs and translate them into efficient workflow solutions
