POSITION SUMMARY:
Revival is seeking a Front of House Supervisor who will help oversee, coach and develop the staff as well as help manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet. This individual needs to be truly passionate about food, wine and spirits, but mostly Hospitality.
Some responsibilities will include opening and closing the outlet, helping with supply levels of products, stocking/restocking of product, contribute to the menu offerings, staff training and developing, guest relations, etc
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Help train staff and ensure all are following standard operating procedures
- Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations
- Maintain standards for safe alcohol and food handling, cleanliness and safety
- Ensure that staff report to work as scheduled. Document any late or absent employees
- Ensure outlet is profitable by driving consistency of recipes and minimizing waste
- Responsible for overseeing employee comps, voids, and employee reports
- Adhere to all cashiering procedures/policies.
- Ensure all closing side work lists are completed
- Run end of shift reports
- Work with leadership to collaborate on new productions or promotions
- Help leadership manage supply needs
- Manage and oversee all stocking and product organization
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bartenders, Servers, Serving Assistants, Bar backs, Host
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 2-5 years bartender and/or server experience
- Leadership Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Skills:
- Maintain composure in high volume and high stress situations
- Knowledge of organizing service from information on B.E.O.'s.
- Knowledge of staffing guidelines/requirements for various types of banquet functions.
- Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
- Compute basic arithmetic.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal abilities
- Must be able to coordinate and organize different activities simultaneously
- Should be able to set priorities right in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Must have excellent leadership qualities
