Information Technology Generalist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Information Technology Generalist to join our team. 

We are seeking an individual that is passionate about technology and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in Information Technology; experience in software development and database development is preferred.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Address users in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assisting with the implementation of new technology solutions, including hardware and software upgrades, and ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
• Documenting and maintaining IT systems and procedures, including policies, procedures, and standards for the use of technology within an organization.
• Providing training and support to end-users on new software applications, operating systems, and other technology-related tools.
• Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure the efficient functioning of the IT infrastructure.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Experience with database management systems, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
