Medical Spa Director of Operations

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our Medical spa, ensuring that we deliver the highest quality of service while maintaining efficiency and profitability. This is a senior leadership position that requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, sales experience, strong knowledge of all aspects of a Medical Spa, and exceptional leadership abilities within the healthcare and/or Medical spa industry, with a strong focus on operational excellence and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all departments including client services, human resources, procurement, and facility management.
• Implement and refine operational systems, processes, and policies to support the spa’s mission and business goals.
• Manage staff performance and development, ensuring a high level of service and professional growth.
• Coordinate with medical professionals and administrative staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Monitor budgeting, financial planning, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze and report on operational performance, proposing and implementing improvements as needed.
• Ensure team members receive regular training to ensure they are performing optimally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of operational management experience in a healthcare, Medical Spa/Cosmetic surgery center setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Robust knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
