Job Posting for Subrogation DMV Specialist 01 at VENGROFF WILLIAMS INC

Responsible for processing paperwork for license suspension and communicating information to assist claims staff in claim resolution.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Communicates through email, fax and mail to DMV.
  • Documents DMV responses of license suspension outcome.
  • Gather necessary documentation to expedite suspension.
  • Update claim status in AS400.
  • Escalate problem claims to department manager
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience – 0-1 year
  • High School Graduate (min), AA Degree or higher preferred
  • Proficient computer skills –
    • Software - MS Office (Word/Excel), Data Entry, AS400
    • Hardware – PC, Phone, Fax, Copier
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured, dynamic and high-transaction environment
  • Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Language Proficiency: English required – bilingual (Spanish) preferred
