Venice Superstore is searching for its next Sales / Business Development Manager. We are looking for that superstar that wants to take his/her career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Be involved in all development ideas and projects with the dealership team.
Work with the team and try to assist anyone in the dealership if help is needed.
Enter information in the CRM system.
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
Answering all different forms of contact via phone, internet, live chat, email, social media.
Clearly explain all of the details about the car and all additional options.
Show the customer every option they have to finance the car
Check on leads who have not made an appointment or that did not show up.
Help the dealership to receive 5 stars in all reviews and surveys from the internet or manufacturer
Stay up to date about any new news, products and training from the manufacturer
List cars on any platforms that the dealership would like to have listings on
Requirements:
Three years of experience in business development
Must have Automotive Dealership Experience
A great teammate
Very friendly attitude
Leadership skills are a must
Great teammate
Great skills on the computer, phone and with social media
Good photography skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
