Reports To: Benefits Manager
Position Summary: The Benefits Administrator corresponds with clients and employees on inquiries related to current benefit plans and rates. Produces communication material for clients, prepares enrollment packages with benefit summaries and enrollment forms, helps gather completed client enrollment applications, submits data to insurance carriers and updating and maintains internal client records.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist employees/clients with enrollment forms, ensuring they are complete and accurate
Enter benefit information/elections into appropriate sites (data entry)
Make changes to benefit elections in corresponding software and/or sites
Compile and scan benefit billing reconciliations to account
Assists with setting up informational meetings and distributing proper documentation
Provide general administrative assistance to SVP of Benefits
Other projects and duties as needed

Able to effectively manage multiple projects and attend to daily client matters while maintaining focus and follow through on issues until resolved and delivering results as committed
Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness at all levels in the organization and across cultures
Strong organization skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with a diverse group of people
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
