Position Summary

This role will play a crucial part in supporting Vensure's brands by producing compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience. As a Content Writer - Growth Marketing , you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop content that drives growth marketing initiatives and effectively communicates our value propositions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, original content including but not limited to blog posts, eBooks, guides, whitepapers, landing page copy, email sequences, and more, catering to various stages of the marketing funnel.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing and Product Marketing teams to understand campaign themes and objectives, contributing to the development of content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Connect with subject matter experts internally and externally to gather insights, validate information, and produce accurate and credible content.
- Develop captivating and persuasive copy that addresses pain points, educates prospects, and promotes the unique features of the company.
- Contribute to growth marketing campaigns focused on themes such as HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and competitor takedowns, tailoring content to resonate with specific target audiences.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant topics to ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and competitive.
- Optimize content for SEO, adhering to best practices to ensure maximum visibility and organic reach.
- Review and edit content produced by colleagues to maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand voice.
- Stay informed about the latest content marketing trends and continuously seek opportunities to enhance content effectiveness.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content that resonates with B2B audiences.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of content, including blogs, eBooks, email sequences, landing page copy, and more.
- Knowledge of PEOs (Professional Employer Organizations) and HCM (Human Capital Management) software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Proficiency in content management systems and marketing tools.
Education & Experience
- 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in a demand generation or growth marketing context.
