Responsibilities
- Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and train practice teams, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L), staff scheduling, payroll, and accounts payable to ensure efficiency and financial health.
- Patient Experience: Maintain exceptional patient experiences and address issues promptly.
- Growth Strategies: Collaborate on marketing efforts to drive patient growth and retention, focusing on same-store growth.
- Policy and Compliance: Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Quality Control: Manage professional licenses and certifications, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Safety and Well-being: Uphold safety procedures and regulations to protect patients and staff.

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience:
- 5 years of leadership/management experience with direct customer interaction.
- 5-7 years in a professional environment.
- 5 years of dental office management required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Carestack preferred; strong understanding of marketing strategies and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Solid grasp of P&L management, labor laws, and regulatory guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC).
