What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at Venteon?
REQUIREMENTS of the ACCOUNTANT role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 1 year of transactional Accounting experience
- General Ledger and Month-End experience
- NetSuite ERP experience preferred
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Post financial transactions into NetSuite using journals or other records.
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients.
- Ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted daily.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Document all A/R processes with written work instructions.
