Our Client is looking for a Program Launch Parts Inventory Coordinator In Shelby Township, MI
Main Duties but not limited to…
- Work closely with Program Launch Manager
- Perform Part cycle counts, manage, and update inventory tracker.
- Send inventory updates to the program team on a regular basis.
- Follow-up with assigned champions for late part deliveries.
- Escalate part shortages to launch manger.
- Assign/maintain inventory control at designated areas and racks.
- Print/place missing labels and ensure proper labels are placed on each container.
- Ensure approved/rejected parts have standard labels.
- Ensure right quantity and correct Julian date/QL/Buy-Off parts are at the assembly cell.
- Ensure obsolete revision/ non-conforming products are placed on hold in designated area with standard labels.
- Purge assembly cell/area for any obsolete revision/non-conforming products
- Prepare for shipment and Package left over parts and ship to plant, ensure proper labels are placed before shipping.
- Collaborate with Integrator’s shipper/receiver.
The skills required are:
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.,
- Decent Office 365 skills
- Some Manufacturing experience in a Materials department would be a definite asset.
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
