Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team. The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating client appointments and inquiries. This role requires a strong background in animal care, veterinary terminology, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client appointments and manage the scheduling system
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Collect medical information and update client/patient records
- Utilize veterinary terminology to effectively communicate with clients and veterinary staff
- Provide support to veterinarians during critical care situations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in animal care or veterinary field (preferred)
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle clients and patients with care and compassion
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications (Idexx Cornerstone)
