Our client is a distributor and Processor of flat rolled steel coils located in Wixom.
What we are hiring for:
Executive Assistant who will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office as well as will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other senior staff.
Who we are looking for:
An excellent multitasker and meticulous assistant that will be able to help keep the executive staff on task and manage their day-to-day. A creative problem solver, with an outgoing personality who has tech savvy.
You would excel in this position if you possessed these skills:
- Provides high-level administrative and clerical support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, providing detailed notes.
- Answers phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, inventory of office supplies and ordering supplies.
- Facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new software.
- Absolutely impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
You’ll have this kind of background:
At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required; manufacturing industry preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
