Who we're looking for: A detail-orientated, HR and Payroll Generalist to support our clients. Under the supervision of the Sr. HR Leadership, the HR and Payroll Generalist will provide coordination for payroll, new hire orientation, and general inquiries. The coordinator will operate as the point person for client's in all HR and Payroll functions.
More about the role: Some day to day expectations of the role, but not limited to additional duties, as they may be assigned.
- Process Payroll from beginning to end and all facets that are involved.
- Complete on-boarding process of new employees from the application and related paperwork/tasks to new hire orientation.
- Manage recruiting workflow in Tracking System including online assessments, employment offers, pre-employment tests, I-9 compliance and all correspondence with candidates.
- Assist in drafting and updating the company’s policies, procedures and standards under a HR Directors supervision.
- Participate in implementing, develop and oversee the company programs.
- Assist in structuring and organizing training plans and programs for all departments.
- Assist in performance evaluation programs.
- Work closely with Senior Payroll administrator and assist.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you have: Must have a five-years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration. Payroll, Benefits administration. Prefer Paycor and Employee Navigator experience
- Previous Human Resources or Business Administration support.
- Strong self-motivation, a team player and a quick learner.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe editor.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to take multitask.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- Has general concept of HR function or HR-related work process.
- Must be passionate about working in HR and Payroll.
