 This opportunity is ideal for an experienced, self-starting, detail-oriented, and technically proficient individual to provide support to the Surface Training Systems Program Office (PMS 339) by providing outstanding Fleet Introduction Support. The successful candidate will support each New Construction Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) and In-Service crew in all major milestone evolutions (e.g. shipbuilding and repair milestones for new construction and in-service ships) and provide administrative, logistics, and technical assistance in all departmental areas in preparation for initial PCU arrival or crew utilization. The Junior Analyst will assist with coordinating testing and facilitate technical assistance in preparation for and execution of all training and assist visits, including Light-Off Assessment (LOA), and other TYCOM exercises, assessments, and certification events. The successful candidate demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills across various stakeholders at varying levels of leadership/seniority.

Required Experience:

• Understanding of technical assistance required by New Construction and In-Service crews during the construction, modernization, and testing phases
• SECRET clearance

 Desired Experience:

• 2 years of Project Management Experience
