Description
Are you a talented photographer with a passion for leading a team? Do you have a keen eye for capturing memorable moments and creating aesthetically pleasing images? At VENU we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Photo Lead. As the Photo Lead, you will be an integral part of our creative photo management team, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Create an outstanding buying experience for the customer by Leading a team of Photo Host, providing guidance and support in their professional growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop photography concepts and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend new techniques and technologies to enhance the photography process
- Execute floor leadership-own the sales floor with the Store Manager; greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Coach and develop Photo Host in both proper photo capture technique, sales, and problem solve customer inquires
- Work closely with photo management in opening, closing, operating the photo retail locations, including but not limited to cash handling and deposits as governed by operations control standards
- Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures
- Maintain location appearance, inventory counts and merchandising standards
- Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with at least 6 months of experience in retail management with a strong customer focus background
- Ability to analyze results, plan, make good decisions, and take responsibility
- Working knowledge of PC Windows applications (Excel and Word)
- Flexible scheduling availability and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evening (closing), morning (opening) shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a creative team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
