Targeted Annual Pay: $55,000.00

POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for financial reconciliation of invoices associated with projects. Accomplished by working closely with Directors, Project Managers, Project Accountants, clients and their subcontractors.
PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate, enter, and submit invoices monthly into financial database.
Enter timesheets weekly into the time management system for field staff.
Manage account receivables, ensure invoices are received, approved, and are being processed.
Recognize revenue for all projects, working closely with each Project Manager and Director.
Research and produce audit documentation as requested.
Manage expense accruals to maintain appropriate profitability of each project.
