- Provide general maintenance inside and outside of the facility including but not limited to cleaning and painting.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all Facilities work areas, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, storerooms and vehicles.
- Ensure assigned space is clean and organized and inventory tracked accurately and easily locatable
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisor
- Assist with setup in moving furniture, props, desks, tables, and chairs, etc., as needed for special events such as photo shoots, company meetings, Foundation events etc.
- Maintain property grounds
- Sweeps, mops, polishes, and cleans finished hard surfaces
- Vacuums and spot clean carpets and rugs
- Reports malfunction of bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, and/or damages to room and hall furnishings to supervisor.
- Perform miscellaneous Company errands
- Initiates work orders for repair/maintenance
- Other jobs as assigned
- High School Graduate. Post high school technical education preferred
- 2 years general facility cleaning

- Basic PC skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organization and follow through skills
- Strong interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers and handle situations with confidence, tact and resourcefulness
- Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player
