Job Summary:

The Clinical Operations Specialist works within a matrix environment of the clinical operations, CCPM, Quality, and clinical training teams to collaborate in the development and deployment of standard work and performance accountability in the care centers. Your work will focus on both reporting and on execution within the care centers.

The Clinical Operations Specialist must be able to translate business and operational needs into meaningful, obtainable, measurable objectives and solutions. They must keep the end user, whether the client, patient,  or care team member, top of mind in development of solutions. They are passionate about synthesizing and analyzing data and provide a meaningful structure and use for our clinical leadership team.

Our environment is very fast-paced, and requires someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working numerous stakeholders across the organization. Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and an empathetic approach are a must.

Position Qualifications/Essential Functions:

The Clinical Operations Specialist is responsible for:

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the tools, platforms, technologies, and systems utilized in the reporting and analytics of Clinical Operations and other cross-functional teams, including operational, quality, and financial reporting measures and mechanisms.
  • Analyze data available and synthesize into meaningful use and identify potential barriers and escalate to Sr Leadership to assure success and celebrate successes as they arise.
  • Adapt approach and task/project execution to a variety of situations, circumstances, and new projects.
  • Apply conceptual frameworks for the delivery of advanced primary care to reporting, analysis, and process development.
  • Translate business and operational needs into meaningful, obtainable, measurable objectives and solutions.
  • Interact with senior management by providing thoughtful analysis on key decision points to drive initiatives
  • Develop deliverables and project plans, implement plans, and drive complex projects engaging various stakeholders.
  • Interpret data and produce clear and comprehensive written analyses, graphics, tables, and presentations for distribution to diverse internal and external

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s in Health Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., patient or customer experience, consulting, strategy, healthcare operations, data analytics, data science, investment banking)
  • Experience in Healthcare patient experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint required
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency

Physical Demands:

  • Manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination
  • Requires standing, walking and sitting for extended periods of time
  • Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges
  • Travel within the region required
