Today we are looking to hire a Senior Java Developer to join our team of solid technologists who are creating digital solutions for our clients! 

What you will do!

• Will effectively work in a team environment and focus on delivering value for the client
• Design, develop, and test client solutions using standards and frameworks as defined by the team.
• Execute tasks and communicate progress clearly.
• Develop high quality deliverables using source control, branching, and merge strategies.
• Use technical problem-solving skills and communicate any impediments to project completion.
• Support development of process automation initiatives and modernization projects.
• Design, document, and help optimize the CI/CD strategies to reduce costs while ensuring quality.
• Collaborate with other development team members and external teams when needed.

What we would like to see!

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Java software and API development experience, and full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
• Must have prior hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Front-End Languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS). 
• Experience with multiple web service technologies including XML, JSON, REST, SOAP.
• Experience with various Java frameworks (JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit, AOP, JPA)
• Knowledge of Java build tools and dependency management (Gradle, Maven)
• Experience with containerizing applications a plus.
• Experience with Angular, Ember, and Vue a plus.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Cucumber
• Experience with Continuous Integration automation using tools like Jenkins
• Experience with Git and Git Flow.
• Experience using Agile methodologies.
• Previous consulting or client facing experience
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
