The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $190,000 - $235,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Lead and inspire a global team of cybersecurity professionals, guiding them to protect over 35,000 assets worldwide using cutting-edge security tools and processes.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations Technology (OT) leaders across multiple global environments to ensure comprehensive security capabilities.
- Develop and implement security strategies, roadmaps, and processes that enhance our cybersecurity readiness and resilience.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying and driving changes to improve security functions.
- Engage and coordinate with information security professionals across our Operating Companies, building strong communities and working groups.
- Manage key vendor relationships and oversee the performance of external vendors and managed service providers.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on management, ensuring the performance and budget goals are met while nurturing the growth and development of your team.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, demonstrating your ability to enhance and safeguard the security posture of large enterprises.
- A proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing security teams and managing complex budgets.
- Expertise in directing hybrid security operations teams and collaborating with strategic partners to deliver high-quality, timely services.
- A deep understanding of NIST standards and security operations controls, with relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- While a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desirable, we value practical experience and a passion for cybersecurity above all.
