As Verde’s Account Director, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities within the assigned account while ensuring operations are efficient and effective. The Account Director plays a crucial role in fostering client loyalty and driving revenue growth for the organization. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and strong communication skills to effectively manage client accounts and achieve business objectives.   • Client Relationship Management: Serves as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients. Develops strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their goals, needs, and challenges. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.

  • Account Strategy and Planning: Develops and implements strategic account plans that align with client goals and agency capabilities. Leads cross-functional teams to execute projects, campaigns, or initiatives according to established timelines and budgets. Monitors project progress, quality, and performance, making necessary

  • Supervision and Leadership: Responsible for managing and leading a team of workers, including skilled and unskilled laborers, and subcontractors. Responsible for assigning and delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that each team member understands their roles and responsibilities. Fosters a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and cooperation.

  • Quality Control and Assurance: Responsible for establishing and enforcing quality standards, ensuring that work meets industry regulations and project specifications. Must conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify issues promptly.

  • Budget and Cost Management: Responsible for creating and managing site budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Responsible for monitoring costs for work site and take corrective actions as needed.

  • Safety Compliance: Works with the Director of Environmental Health and Safety to establish safety guidelines and prioritizes safety at the work site by enforcing adherence to safety protocols, PPE regulations, and best practices. Must conduct regular safety meetings, provide training, and address any safety concerns promptly with the Director of Environmental Health and Safety.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field required. Experience in lieu of education may be considered depending on position.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in operations, preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience, managing direct reports, preferred.

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook. PowerPoint).

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and work on cross-functional projects.
