What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Manager position at Verde Facilities Services LLC?
The Site Manager will oversee, and support projects assigned within the designated area. Responsible for planning, operating, scheduling, new employees training, managing the scope of different projects and/or sustainable accounts. Responsible for skillfully managing operations remotely, have great communication skills and will often be required to travel from one location to another. The goal is to ensure company projects meet and exceed the client’s expectations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage day-to-day operations within designated job site(s).
Oversee staff to maintain compliance, company quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Attends the weekly meetings with company management to receive and provide feedback, and report on ongoing issues.
Regularly meets with staff to provide feedback, training, and ensures safety standards are met. Validates equipment is utilized correctly safely maintained.
Effectively manages staff schedule and tracking hours.
Tracks staff activities, to include successful completion of designated tasks.
Works with Regional Director to gather data/analytics and helps prepare weekly reports.
Conducts quality audits, validating training, and execution.
Identify daily employee/contractors related issues and create effective solutions.
Works with Regional Director to maximize profitability.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains staff in the department.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of department staff in accordance with company policy.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience operations, preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience, managing direct reports, preferred.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook. PowerPoint).
