Job Description

Receives all incoming merchandise and delivers it to the appropriate person/location. Rotates inventory and delivers stock to workstations.

Qualifications

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Writes receiving reports for all merchandise that comes into the building. Writes daily issue reports.
• Delivers all merchandise, supplies and packages to the intended recipient/employees as needed.
• Pulls and moves stock to workstations.
• Keeps inventory of stock pulled.
• Rotates inventory.
• Moves boxes to and from shelves.
• Loads and unloads trucks as needed; Unloads pallets.
• Handles shred bins for vendor pick up. Dumps trash and recycling.
• Cleans and restocks workstation as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

EXPERIENCE

• 0 - 2 years Forklift and electric pallet jack operating. (Preferred)

COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS

Position interacts constantly with other employees at work location; occasionally with outside vendors; and occasionally with other company work locations.
 

DECISION MAKING

Receives all incoming merchandise and delivers it to the appropriate person/location. Rotates inventory and delivers stock to workstations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Lifting an average of 50 lb. boxes on a daily basis, standing, and walking 8-10 hours per day.

Additional Information

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00/hourly

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities
