Qualified candidates will have a:
- WI realtor’s license, in good standing, or the ability to get their license within 30 days
- Strong sense of urgency and work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals while developing and maintaining great relationships
- A flexible, “can do” attitude
- Exceptional listening skills
- Desire for high commission, honesty and integrity
