Job Description:Summary:

This position is responsible for supervising the maintenance of production equipment buildings and utilities including ammonia compressors off all and Wastewater Department.

Assist with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.

Ensure that all maintenance personnel are well trained on the most updated version of operating equipment as well as other maintenance skills.

Provide a safe workplace and comply with all safety and regulated programs. Including health, OSHA, PSM, and environmental policies and procedures are following company policy as well as local state and federal regulations; ensure safety program is communicated and enforced.

Ensure that all maintenance personnel are properly trained, equipped, and motivated, so maintenance programs and processes can be accomplished in a safe timely and efficient manner.

Ensure refrigeration system and wastewater systems are well maintained and meet all regulatory guidelines.

Monitor operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime and solve problems in a timely manner and identify issues.

Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system SAP for tracking work orders adequate and appropriate inventory of replacement parts.

Make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance related problems through analyzing data.

Maintain a tracking system that assists in analyzing key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization maintenance cost PM compliance etc.

Monitor and administer purchasing and use of all parts and equipment materials and supplies utilized in the maintenance department.

Administer the maintenance budget and ensure the achievement of financial goals.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 6 plus years industrial maintenance experience in similar environment preferred.

Special Skills: Industrial Maintenance in fields such as electrical refrigeration hydraulics or mechanical.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrate public speaking skills.

Supervisory: Responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform similar or interrelated tasks.

Travel: 1-5 domestic trips per year.
