Critical access hospital located in Globe Arizona, about 90 miles East of Phoenix is looking for a General Surgeon to join our team.
General conditions of a Contract would be:
- $500,000 annually, guaranteed for the first 18 months, transitioning to a 70% base plus RVU
- Primary residence in Globe/Miami
- Five Year Contract
- Paid Malpractice
- Four Weeks Paid Vacation (160 hours), Nine Holidays, and Five Days CME
- Full hospital benefits, i.e. medical, dental, vision, disability, etc. including Cobra reimbursement during first 90 days
- 401K – up to 4% match to federal limit
- 457B
- CME 5 days and $2,500
- Licensing and professional subscriptions $1,500
- Sign-on bonus $25,000.00, paid in two payments: 1/2 on contract execution, 1/2 on first pay period of employment
- Relocation assistance to hospital service area available up to $15,000
- Student Loan repayment $25,000 annually
