What are the responsibilities and job description for the Identity Proofing position at Verify?
Overview
Verify Europe has a requirement to perform in-person document proofing on an international basis. We require a resource in Bremen, Germany.
The program is on behalf of one of our Aerospace customers, who enable secure information sharing, collaboration and business process integration throughout the extended value chain through Software as a Service delivery model.
As part of this service delivery model, users require a Software certificates and to obtain one, they must go through a proofing process, which Verify Europe have assumed responsibility for. This will involve using our field resource to meet with users to validate who they are prior to releasing to them their activation details. The validation process involves reviewing documents that they must produce, which may include identify card, passport, driver’s licence and certified birth certificate.
The proofing process for single applicants is expected to take no more than 3 hours including local travel. If there are multiple applicants, we see an additional 30 minutes per applicant being required.
Verify Europe manage the process via the custom designed online platform. This platform provides the details of the applicants, including their name, contact information and the address where the process is to take place, which is predominantly at their offices. You would then be required to contact the individual within 24 hours of receiving the assignment with a view of scheduling and performing the assignment within 4 working days.
During the "Proofing" there are a number of forms to be complete and once performed, these should be faxed back (not scanned / e-mailed) directly to our customer for their approval.
