The Learning Experience Associate is at the center of the Clinical Studies Platforms (CSP) Learning Experience Team operations and activities. As the Learning Experience Associate, you collaborate with team members and help them stay focused on their projects by proactively resolving operational and administrative issues. You take initiative, learn quickly, work efficiently and complete work with minimal supervision. You can manage multiple tasks and quickly adapt to changing needs and priorities. You apply excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers across CSP sponsor and site solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as administrator for Learning Management System (LMS), performing duties including provisioning and providing support to users, managing notifications, creating reports, managing content and troubleshooting issues.
- Track and communicate learning resource needs, status, evaluations and metrics.
- Organize and maintain collections of up-to-date learning resources.
- Process email campaigns and post announcements to provide notification of new releases, services or resources.
- Coordinate logistics and provide support for instructor-led courses and webinars.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Highly organized and efficient with careful attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient using office applications such as MS Office or G Suite.
- Ability to fluently speak and write in English.
- 1-3 years administrative experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency working remotely and with remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in education, instructional design, communication, healthcare or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in clinical research, healthcare technology or education.
- Experience using Cincopa, Pendo and/or Docebo Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience providing support for educational programs or learners.
- Experience with software technology implementations.
