The Global Marketing Campaign Operations Manager is responsible for campaign coordination and operational management in support of global marketing campaigns for Verisign domain names and related products and services.
Responsibilities will include supporting global marketing team in managing all campaign components including statement of work development, material preparation for internal review cycles, documenting analytics and privacy/pixel/cookie requirements, coordinating a global measurement and reporting pipeline, and cross functional team coordination regarding timing and campaign roadmaps.
This role will help define new and/or refine existing processes, establish clear workflows and communication between our team and cross functional partners, and track timing across multiple project plans to build alignment for the business at a global level.

Responsibilities:
- Support regional marketing leads and collaborate with cross-functional partners to help manage multiple tasks and fast-paced projects in parallel, ensuring the team stays on track to deliver on plan
- Assist in roadmap and capacity planning and cross-functional timeline management for large projects
- Contribute to statement of work development, results tracking, campaign material preparation, and customer and/or agency communications as vital
- Find opportunities for campaign operational improvement and proactively provide solutions
- Drive coordination with multiple teams for campaign execution, including marketing operations, web production, content and social media marketing, product, design & usability, analytics, legal, finance, and external agencies
- Support in coordinating our global measurement and reporting pipeline, industry benchmarks, targets and results across multiple regions and campaigns
- Build highly functional relationships with partners and agency peers to ensure clear communication and effective project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years related project and campaign management experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to deliver communications to team, management, and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
- Meticulous with a consistent record of leading project plans across multiple projects and initiatives
- Have worked alongside (or as part of) a marketing team and understand the end-to-end of building an integrated marketing campaign
If you live in CO, CA, NY, Washington State the annualized pay range for this role is $103,200 - $139,600.
The anticipated annualized base salary range for this position is noted above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. Verisign offers a discretionary bonus which is based on individual and company performance, and certain roles may be eligible for discretionary stock awards.
