Job Description

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties: 

• Directly supervise the activities of the CV Services team ensuring that all daily deadlines are met.
• Acts as a central internal point of contact for product. Proactively facilitates communication between various parties including states, product support, other internal resources, and corporate as appropriate.
• Researches legal requirements and product issues to seek solutions.
• Stays abreast of state and federal legislation with potential to affect product and informs relevant staff and customers. May travel to industry meetings or visit customer sites.
• Communicates current state regulations in regard to CV products reporting to internal resources and corporate in order to ensure compliance.
• Works closely with product support to resolve customer questions/issues.
• Responsible for internal and external process/product documentation
• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Five or more years of customer service experience with strong customer focus required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience leading a team of 4-5 people
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to direct others and willingness to train/coach subordinates.
• College Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical files and documents.
• Fully proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
• Must be well organized, extremely detail oriented and capable of handling diverse situations and conflicting priorities.
• Understanding of general P&C insurance helpful.
• Up to 5% travel may be required.
