Job Description

The forms consulting associate role will be part of the Insurance Consulting team. This individual will report to the Insurance Consulting product lead.

Verisk is recruiting a leader for forms consulting, who excels at the following activities:

• Technical and conceptual development of customer policy forms, endorsements and related materials
• Consult costumers on customizing and implementing ISO forms
• Consult customers on adopting ISO forms
• Manage workstreams of client projects from planning through delivery; Anticipate and mitigate project issues to ensure on-time delivery of top-quality work
• Interact directly with client representatives to gather information, validate work in progress, communicate project progress and resolve project issues
• Drive business development; identify opportunities for forms consulting projects and develop client proposals
• Collaborate with other Verisk internal teams such as product legal and sales

Qualifications

Preferred candidates will exhibit the following characteristics:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Product development experience or other insurance-related experience desired
• Target years of business experience: 10 years
• Excellent research and analytical skills with a very good knowledge of insurance industry trends and emerging issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills with internal and external personnel
• Excellent ability to work independently with proficiency
• Active Pursuit of CPCU designation or other insurance education
• Interest in consulting, facing off with clients, and embrace the diversity of the work
• Willingness to travel occasionally
