The focus of these roles will be to help a major medical device client in Scarborough, ME with capital projects, starting with a major facilities project to include:
- Scheduling
- Cost Control
- Planning
Beyond the scope of this project, the intention will be to support ongoing capital projects at the site.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Scientific degree.
- Previous successful medium to large project management leadership experience.
- 5 years of capital project management experience within biotech manufacturing
- Strong interpersonal management skills.
- Working understanding of automation, engineering, medical device manufacturing and validation.
- Knowledge of project management cost controls, planning and organization.
- Good understanding and experience with project management capital delivery processes for projects. These attributes include an overall basic understanding of contracts and contracting, procurement, project forecasting and development and budget management, change order management, risk management within the Pharma / bio tech industries.
- Strong analytical problem solving skills.
