Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed financial models including projections, valuations, and investment return analyses for Verista’s internal budgeting purposes and for evaluating acquisition targets
• Lead the forecasting process, collaborating with department heads and executives to gather and incorporate key data and assumptions
• Direct the overall process for the bottoms-up development of the annual expense budget, resource planning analysis, and rolling forecast updates
• Prepare modeling for potential M&A opportunities to assess integration and synergies, financial projections, valuation and returns, and impact to overall company. Assist in due diligence processes for potential investments; including financial, operational, and legal diligence; prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors on the company’s performance, including presentations for quarterly board meetings and adhoc presentations as needed;
• Work collaboratively with Verista’s private equity partner, providing data and analyses as requested; and act as a liaison to the private equity partner, fostering strong relationships and effective communication
• Serve as a sound back up to the FP&A Director to ensure business continuity.

This position requires the following skills/job knowledge:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking experience
• Required Skills
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel, including expert knowledge of financial modeling, pivot tables, and professional formatting standards
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Intermediate proficiency of financial statement analysis and basic corporate finance concepts
• Intermediate understanding of professional services and its primary financial drivers
• Applicants with a strong knowledge of DataRails reports development
• Power BI knowledge is preferred.
• Significant long hours to may occur periodically to meet tight deadlines

$87,500 - $127,500
