As a Program Dietitian, you will have the opportunity to oversee and provide optimal nutrition therapy to a case load of clients. You will develop care plans by conducting nutrition assessments, monitoring on-going medical conditions, and through collaboration with the other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will work directly with patients and their families providing support and nutritional education.
Schedule
Full Time Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (periodic needs for evening IOP Programming)
