Our client, a real estate services firm in Washington DC, is currently seeking a Portfolio Administrator to join their growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for daily administrative duties and compliance policies.
Details
- Work with servicing team and compliance officer
- Ensure accurate data management
- Work with legal team to track completion of appraisals, site inspections and other relevant compliance projects
- Process and track asset funding and disbursement requests
- Perform post-closing duties associated with loan modifications
- Notarize documents, reviewing signature blocks and case styling for accuracy
- Hybrid work schedule; three days in the office
Qualifications
- Four years of relevant real estate experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Background in loan administration or loan servicing
- Will consider commercial Real Estate paralegals and legal assistants
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
