Position: PeopleSoft Developer (5 yrs experience)
Location: Remote, Charlotte would be nice
Contract Length: 12-15 months
Top Requirements:
- PeopleSoft 9.2
- Payroll-specific module experience
- Tax updates, payroll tables, how to join and work in conjunction with other modules
- Should be able to write and debug in SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, Fluid Development and COBOL
- Good communication, able to work with functional team

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This person will work on a team where there are 3 other developers. These developers will work mostly on Oracle-based work as the company is in the process of migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle as their human capital management (HCM) system. The team is in need of 2 experienced PeopleSoft developers, specifically PeopleSoft developers with experience in the Payroll Module. Additionally, someone who has worked on HCM migrations in the past, particularly to Oracle, would be a major plus. They are looking for people with 5 years of experience that are highly technical, however, know how to relate functional descriptions to technical terms. For example, they need to understand how specific application interfaces look to end users and how to translate that to technical terms.
